Without retail space overhead, we can offer significantly lower prices and provide focused, personal service to the bride. We schedule consultations at your convenience in Midlothian for a free - and friendly ! - two-hour wedding discussion. And............................... Bridal Florals

play a very special part in creating the wedding of your dreams. The Stewart Berry Designs Bridal Party, Ceremony Space and Reception Floral Packages, are economically priced and each is uniquely designed for your special event. We have our own in-house floral designer who works personally with the Bride. All florals are acquired directly from the distributors, eliminating the middleman so that we can pass the savings on to the Bride. We pride ourselves on the value that we provide in our floral work and understand that Bridal florals are a focal point of a wedding. We do not use interns – we do all the work ourselves and the designer you meet with, is the designer who will create the design from your vision. Each wedding is unique to the bride - we never duplicate designs. Whether it is for that once-in-a lifetime bridal bouquet, flowers for the church, or decor for the reception venue, we will stretch your dollars to meet your budget. We love a budget challenge and have many unique solutions to help you save.

Month of Coordination

Are you concerned about the cost of coordination for your wedding day? Don’t be! Do you think coordination and wedding planning is a luxury for gals with unlimited budgets? Not true! Our Bride’s tell us that the discounts and services that Stewart Berry Designs offers have helped them to stay within their budget and stretch their dollars to the maximum. Our exclusive LOANER PROGRAM that includes a bubble machine, ceremony pedestals, lanterns, floral towers, tables runners, aisle stanchions, candy bar jars, mercury glass and literally a warehouse of other items, often saves our Bride’s more dollars than the coordination fee costs. It’s like having your own personal wedding planner for free! Why rent or buy items that are used once when they can be borrowed for FREE from us and give your wedding the over the top wow factor at no charge.

Loaner Program

When a Bridal Party and Reception Floral package is combined with a Month of Coordination package, our incredible Loaner Program is included, at NO CHARGE. Why spend your money to buy or rent the items that we can loan to you for free? We have bubble machines, candy bar set ups, a chocolate fountain, center piece vases in many styles, glass towers, table mirrors , a portrait easel, a satin gift card box, bird cages, ceremony pedestals, lanterns of many types for candles or flowers, Mason jars, Shepard's hooks, milk glass, candle sticks, votive holders, cake knife sets, toasting glasses, ring bearer pillows, flower girl baskets, mercury glass in silver or gold, table runners in burlap, lace or sequins, cake stands and much, much, more.

NOTE - The free of charge LOANER PROGRAM is available to Stewart Berry Designs clients that book both florals and Month of Coordination with us. We do not rent any of the items separately. Delivery, Set up, and Removal is included with the Loaner Program.

Due to our high level of commitment and personal service we book only ONE wedding per weekend. Reserve early, as dates are subject to availability. A deposit of $200 is required for each package. Stewart Berry Designs is licensed, certified, and insured.
