Coordination Packages available

 

  All packages include a complimentary two hour consultation meeting with our two consultants.

 

Stewart Berry  Designs is the only wedding planner in the area that offers not one but two trained consultants to help plan your event.  This provides you and your event two times the experience.  At the initial meeting we will discuss the overall vision and specific needs of your event.  You will have the opportunity to discuss any pre-selected vendors you would like to use, your budget, your guest list and any cultural or traditional influences you would like to incorporate. into your special day.  

Please note - We charge a flat fee for our services and do not accept additional commissions from vendors or suppliers.  The choices of our clients are strictly their choice, and we gain no monetary benefit from "steering" our brides to a particular vendor.  We do not work for the suppliers nor do we set up  for vendors not associated with SBD. 

 

 

3 Carat Event    $1,695.00

Assistance from initial consultation, through budget, planning and the day of the event ceremony and reception site services.

·        Etiquette advisement 

·        Access to library of books on various aspects of the event

·        Assist with program, maps, place cards, menu creation

·        Personalized checklists for bride, photographer, DJ etc.

·        Wedding and reception site décor plan and design

·        Distribute vendor stipends, officient, musicians with thank you notes

·        Vendor follow up the week before, and the week of

·        Assist with dress selection

·        Assist with accessories such as ring pillow, garter, guest book, etc.

·        Assist with invitation selection

·        Book hotel and group rates for room blocks

·        Venue referrals and visits to the sites of your choice

·        Assist with favor selection

·        Coordinate and assist with wedding ceremony rehearsal

·        Timeline for wedding and reception

·       Complete on site coordination for ceremony and reception

  The perfect plan for the organized Bride who wishes to plan her event without assistance but wants to enjoy her wedding day stress free.  Plan provides the initial consultation and six hours of on site assistance the day of the event.  Does not include set up for vendors not associated with SBD.

 Ala Carte Services

 Stewart Berry Designs understands that every event is special.  We would be pleased to design a package especially for you with specific services that you would like help with.  Multiple service packages can be combined for a 10% discount. Some examples are:

• Additional Hourly Consultation $45.oo per hour
• On site visits to vendors $45.oo per hour plus travel time
• Ceremony Rehearsal  $95.oo
• Ceremony and Rehearsal Dinner coordination $295.oo
• Bridesmaid Luncheon  coordination $195.oo
• Invitation addressing and mailing  $1.75 each
